VALUES Values are only conducts; specific, real and so descriptive that leave few space for imagination. Personnel must be able to use them as mobilization orders because they are part of the mission, the means to achieve the goal: to win. Unlike mission creation, any person who works at the company should give an opinion on values. At small and medium-size enterprises everyone can participate in the discussion through different meetings. Obtaining the higher participation possible is vital, since it is a treasure trove of inspirations and ideas, at the end of the process, implies a far greater level of acceptance. ....AND PROMOTION Transparency in values and conducts it is not worthy if they are not fostered. To make value have a real meaning, companies have to reward the people who follow them and those who do not. In this way, success will be much easier.
